Can I cancel my order?

Email [email protected] within 24 hours of your purchase with your order confirmation if for any reason you need to cancel your order and your card will be refunded.

What if I want to return my order?

Refer to the shipping card included in your package. If you lose your shipping card, simply use a piece of paper. Write ‘RETURN’ on the description lines. Ship the card and clothing to: Made For Good, 8949 Kenamar Dr. #111, San Diego, CA 92121

What if I need to exchange my order?

Refer to the shipping card included in your package. If you lose your shipping card, simply use a piece of paper. Fill out the lines to describe the exchange you would like. Include a $6.00 check made out to ‘Made For Good’ for shipping and handling. Ship card, check and clothing to: Made For Good, 8949 Kenamar Dr. #111, San Diego, CA 92121

If something is defective or mis-shipped e-mail [email protected] and we will issue you a return label to send back; no check is needed.

What size should I order?

Can I place an order via telephone or email?

Currently, the only way to order merchandise is through the eCommerce website.

Can I purchase a gift card?

Yes, visit the gift card section to purchase electronic gift cards.

How do I redeem a gift card?

Immediately after purchasing a gift card, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address associated with the order. That email will contain instructions on how to use and redeem the electronic gift card.

How does the Refer a Friend Program work?

The GIVEN Refer A Friend program is simple. For every friend who clicks through to the GIVEN site using the link you send them, sets up an account, and makes a first-time purchase, you’ll receive a $5 credit you can use towards your next purchase. If your friend’s first purchase is $100 or more (before tax and shipping), you’ll get a $20 credit instead of a $5 credit. Visit the Refer A Friend page for more details.

What forms of payment do you accept?

All major credit cards are accepted in addition to PayPal payments.

How much will my order cost to ship?

Shipping costs are calculated in real time during the checkout process. Customer have the choice for their orders to ship via UPS or USPS. Several options from each carrier will be offered during the checkout process. Exact shipping costs depend on your shipping address and the carrier delivery option you select.

Who is Jedidah Clothing?

Jedidiah is a humanitarian-based fashion company aspiring to cultivate change one garment at a time. Their mission is to use apparel sales as a vehicle to provide care, support and financial resources to those in need. Jedidiah has partnered with many humanitarian based nonprofit organizations over the years and has raised over $700,000 to fund their mission of serving others. Jedidiah Clothing first partnered with World Vision in 2007. Most recently, Jedidiah Clothing developed the 30 Hour Famine 2012 apparel collection for World Vision. How does GIVEN benefit World Vision?

World Vision receives 30% of the revenue generated by the sale of GIVEN products and merchandise to further support its mission around the world.

Where are the clothes made?

GIVEN’s graphic apparel is sourced and printed by Made for Good at a facility in San Diego, California. Every effort is made to have GIVEN apparel produced in the US. Certain outerwear and cut and sew apparel pieces are sourced from countries outside of the US. All manufacturers used have a proven track record of workplace compliance.

Why do we call the line a "humanitarian" brand?

GIVEN is part of the Made For Good consortium of embedded generosity brands. The purpose of these brands are to generate a recurring donation model of giving for the nonprofits we support. 30% of GIVEN revenue will go directly to further the cause and efforts of World Visions mission to build a better world for children. Made for Good ensures that all its clothing is Fair Trade compliant. Its graphic manufacturing facilities are here in the United States, further ensuring that anyone who was involved in the making of a GIVEN apparel item was treated fairly and humanely.  As the collection grows, international partners will align to a strict and fair labor relations code of ethics in order to be a part of the brand’s creation and distribution.
