Thank you for visiting worldvisionshop.org, the online merchandise store for World Vision. Please review the following basic rules that govern your use of our site. Please note that your use of our site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this site. Although you may “bookmark” a particular portion of worldvisionshop.org and thereby bypass this agreement, your use of this site still binds you to the terms. Since we may revise this agreement at any time, you should visit this page periodically to review the terms of your use. Should you have any questions concerning any of our policies, please contact us.
U.S. Shipping & Delivery
Questions about online orders, email [email protected]. Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from San Diego, CA. Orders must be placed by 12pm PST for 1-day, 2-day or 3-day shipping options. Weekends don’t count as a business or shipping day. Shipping date does not reflect delivery date. International duties and fees are the responsibility of the customer. UPS doesn’t deliver to PO boxes or military addresses, please select USPS. When free shipping is offered, we ship using the best available method.
International Shipping & Delivery
Given will ship internationally. Given has partnered with a trusted third-party company, GlobalShopex.com, to fulfill orders for our international customers. Simply add any items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and choose the “international checkout” option. The items will automatically be transferred to the GlobalShopex cart. You may pay with international credit cards, PayPal and bank wire transfers. GlobalShopex will process your payment and guarantee delivery. International duties and fees are the responsibility of the customer. Once your order is completed, all inquiries regarding international shipping and payment should be directed to GlobalShopex at [email protected] or (786)314-7144. All other inquires can be directed to [email protected]. Use the International Check Out Button when you're ready to process your order.
Privacy & Security
We take personal privacy very seriously. Therefore, we use an established and secure payment site called Authorize.net to capture information for all regular payments. It automatically encrypts the critical data only allowing us to see pertinent order information. You may view their privacy policy at authorize.net. Information you provide to us through this website may be used to contact you about your account, your order, news and special offers.
Returns & Exchanges
If you’re not 100% satisfied you may Exchange any product purchased on the Given store by mailing item(s) to our fulfillment center at the following address:

Please take the post card that was included with your order and fill out the necessary information. Items you want exchanged, address to send shipment back to, if different then original shipping address, and your order number. Please also include the packing slip as this will serve as your receipt. We recommend all shipments sent back to our fulfillment center are done so via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Made For Good is not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier. We do not accept C.O.D
Once your item is received your order will be processed and sent back. Exchanges are typically processed with in one week of them being received at our facility. If a item(s) you are exchanging for is out of stock you will be contact by one of our customer service representatives. If the item(s) you are exchanging for require a balance due or credit refund, the original card used to make the purchase will show the transaction.
In the event you need to return a product, this must be completed with in 30 days of your purchase. We do not accept returns on items that have been wash or are damaged. Please send returned item(s) to the address above. Please include the same information for a return item as for one you are exchanging. Shipping is not refundable. Once your item(s) is returned to our facility the original card used to purchase the product will be credit the cost of the item(s) and any applicable tax. You can expect to see the credit to your card within 7 Business days for when it is delivered to our facility.
International Returns and Excanges must be processed throught Globalshopex.
Colors and Sizing
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. We strive to make the best sized product, but please note that there can be up to an inch of tolerance on the t-shirts.
Personal Information
If you choose to provide your personal information, it will be stored and protected appropriately. Some parts of our website let you voluntarily provide personal information, such as your name or e-mail address. For example, you can provide us with your contact information to sign up for e-mail alerts or to post comments to our blog. We do not collect this information when you visit our website unless you choose to provide it to us. When you provide it to us, we only use it for the purposes of communicating with you and/or furthering our consumer protection activities.
